On May 6, a physiotherapy workshop was held at the headquarters of the Center, in which seniors from our project participated. 

During the meeting, the basics, in theory, were discussed, and then the exercises began in a room set up with rehabilitation equipment.

The seniors learned about an innovative physiotherapeutic method for dealing
with muscle pain at the spine and joint mobility limitations. 

They found how they could shape strength by training with their body weight.
It was also great opportunity to integrate and exchange contacts,
which, we hope, will result in new friendships among peers :)
