A certificate of completion of a Polish language course is not enough as a confirmation of knowledge of the language in the procedure for granting a Polish card.

Documents that confirm knowledge of the language include:

  • certificate of completion of school or studies in Poland,
  • Diploma of completion of school abroad with the Polish language of instruction,
  • certificate of knowledge of the Polish language issued on the basis of the act of 7 October 1999 on the Polish language.

The conversation with the consul, conducted in polish, will concern m.in. Polish traditions and customs.
